This is a review of the three light vanity. It is a lovely fixture that would look nice in a contemporary, mid-century modern, or Art Deco setting.I can't, for the life of me, understand why the "Product Information - technical details" says the material is glass and plastic. All the lights are solid frosted glass, and the frame is quality nickel-finished steel. No plastic.Installation is a bit of a juggling act, it might be frustrating unless you are handy.Be careful when you assemble the glass parts. The bottom glass needs to go in first, the (in my case three) vertical lights rest on top of the bottom glass. You secure them in place with a spherical nut and a steel and a silicone washer. The silicone goes against the glass to cushion it. Doesn't need to be super tight.A few minor cautions:Oddly, they give you two wire nuts, one for the hot wires and one for the neutrals. They also recommend a wire nut for the ground wire -- but say it is "not included". Pretty expensive piece, you'd think they could spring for one more wire nut.It's rated for three 100W incandescent bulbs. That seems like it would get hot. I used three 75W equivalent LEDs and that is plenty bright for us.Finally, if you live in the country like we do, you may find that a lot of insects fly in the open top and end up dead on the bottom glass. I'm considering fitting a little screen inside the top.My handyman was unable to secure the corner glass pieces. They seem too big. They are just sitting in place, more or less, without screws or other method to hold them secure. Can I get the manufacturer to provide advice?It does look nice .I bought 4 of these fixtures 3 years ago. The design is nice and was easy to install. However after 2 plus years the nickel plating started to rust. I tried cleaning to no avail. So now I’m thinking of spraying them. What a disappointment and they were not cheap. Not worth the money. Btw I do not live near the ocean and I don’t have them installed in an area exposed to water.Purchased used, and no issues. Installation was as easy as any other light fixture these days, but from the picture I assumed this was a square fixture and not a round one, so keep that in mind when ordering. The extension rode can be shortened or not used at all. leaving about 4-5 inches from the top of the round fixture to the base that affixes to the ceiling.In my opinion this is only a fair product for the money. The metal front lacked precision in craftsmanship. I was unable to install the fixture because holes in the front grid piece were drilled in the wrong location. That meant that the front grill that holds the glass in place could not be installed. I spent a frustrating afternoon trying to match up the holes. I also needed to buy some longer screws. In fairness, I contacted the manufacturer Satco, who requested I email photos of the defective grid. I sent the photos along with an email. Nuvo Satco sent out a replacement part the same day of my email which I received in 2 days. I must say Satco was extremely responsive...could not have responded better.Beautiful light fixture (4 lt pendant). Easy to assemble, all hardware was all there. The ad says it weighs 5 lb. I thought the shades would be of a plastic or lamp shade material. The side and bottom shades are both glass. Maybe one of the other versions of this light weighs 5 lb, but the 4 lt pendant weighs more like 11 lb without the chain attached. The glass shades and all metal frame makes it a good sturdy fixture. There is room in it for 4 E26 base LED bulbs too.This review is for the One Light Wall. I used two of these fixtures in the bathroom to replace a pair of old 1960s "carriage lanterns" that were terribly out of date. The Nuvos were easy to install, though I had to do some slight modifications to the metal ring mounts to make them work with the non-standard wiring boxes. End result was a very pleasant light fixture that was very pleasing to the eye. It fits my mid-century home style quite well and will work well with future bathroom upgrades.I've since ordered the 4-light vanity to go on top of the mirror.This fixture looks good. I'm a DIY and was able to install it myself without my husbands assistance so I give it high marks for installation. A little tricky to get the cover on without light leaks, but I finally got it secured satisfactorily. I just worry that when I have to replace a bulb and take the cover off it will be tricky again. That's the reason for 4 out of 5 stars.Good quality light fixture - easy installation. The light isn’t perfectly even due to the size and position of the bulbs.Good. As expected.very nice
